'MedianResource' started from an aspiring goal: to share real Neapolitan pizza with London. The Romano family opened our pizza house in 1985 as a quaint family-operated business with recipes passed down from ancestors.
Marco Romano, the progenitor of our establishment, refined her pizza-crafting skills by learning from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, the cradle of pizza. After her journey throughout Italy, she brought her knowledge back to the UK, aiming to replicate the essence of Neapolitan pizza with traditional techniques and top-tier ingredients.
Our once humble 12-seat eatery has now flourished into a cherished community locale, yet our dedication to excellence and genuineness stands firm. We continue to craft our pizzas in classical wood-fired ovens, create our dough from scratch every day, and seek out the finest components available.
Still under the ownership and management of the Romano lineage, with the next generation at the helm, 'MedianResource' carries on its tradition with the same zeal. Although modern advancements are in place, the essence of our enterprise is unchanged: serving delectable, bona fide pizzas that gather folks together.
